Weather Judgment
If the operation is judged to be impossible due to bad weather, the flight will be canceled. In that case, the full amount will be refunded (excluding transfer fees). Flights will be conducted even in cloudy weather if it is possible to fly. You can change the date yourself before the cancellation policy applies.

About Height
Flights usually operate at an altitude of about 600m.
Fireworks are launched at an altitude of about 200-300m, so you will see them from above.
During fireworks festivals, due to the congestion of many aircraft including news helicopters, flights may operate at a higher altitude than usual.
About Sound
The sound of fireworks is hardly heard inside the helicopter. Please understand.
About Changing the Take-off Time
Some fireworks festivals do not have their schedules officially announced yet.

In cases of adverse weather, or in cases where the aircraft operator deems that the weather is not suitable for flying, the flight will be cancelled for passenger safety.When a cancellation occurs due to weather, the full price of the flight is refunded (excluding bank transfer fees).Flights will depart as long as the pilot approves, and weather conditions meet legal weather minimas.Changes to the departure date can be made as long as it is within our cancellation policy.
