The guidance was just right. They also checked the bus time for our return and were concerned that we should stay inside a little longer since it was hot outside. The wind was a little strong, but it was comfortable with very little shaking. Very good driving! Very friendly. Nothing in particular (I was able to ask a lot of questions on line.) It would have been nice to have some helicopter goods (key chains, etc.) as souvenirs. Discounts like this one from time to time would make it easier to ride. I was very happy to have my children ride on the helicopter as a Mother's Day present! We are talking about taking a night ride next time.

My 4 year old was scared and crying from the beginning, but the pilot was very reassuring and happy to gently soothe and talk to him during the flight. I went as a memory for my children, but everyone was very courteous and even though I am afraid of heights, I was able to ride the helicopter with ease. The female staff was also very kind, holding my 2 year old when we were getting off the helicopter and helping us get off, and even though it was a short flight, I felt safe all the way through. The weather conditions were different from where I live and rain was forecast for the afternoon of the day of the flight, so even if the flight was possible, I would have felt more comfortable leaving home if I could have received information on whether or not the flight was possible earlier in the day by e-mail. I know it may be difficult to take a picture in front of the helicopter for security reasons, but I would have liked to take a picture in front of the helicopter, even if it was only for a few minutes, because I wanted to leave a little memory of my child. The small size of the helicopter made it a little bumpy during the flight, and it was difficult to get a good shot because of the fear. However, it was a very valuable experience for my children, and they were very happy to go on the helicopter again. We had registered our car's license plate number in advance, but I felt a little uneasy when we were told to go to a different building and start the procedure from scratch because the security guard at the gate did not seem to be cooperating with us. We arrived about 20 minutes before the meeting time, so I was worried that there might be trouble before the flight, but when my husband told them that he had already registered the car, he was guided through without any trouble.

My mother and two children rode with us. They were very kind and said it was good that you explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, answered their sudden requests and questions, and everyone was very helpful and kind, including the security guard! Thank you very much!

Amazing experience

I wanted to know about the features of the helicopter models, etc. They were bright, beautiful and hospitable. The lounge was very comfortable and I could feel that the staff, including the receptionist, loved their job. I would like to use it after boarding. I would like to use it again.

The reservation process and the flight itself were quite satisfactory. If I had to mention something, there were several cancellations or delays, so it would be helpful if you could roughly tell us the reasons such as strong winds or rain so that we could choose the next flight date. Although I was told that it would be shaky, I hardly felt any shaking and it was comfortable. I was glad that they treated my children kindly.
