The best pilot ever! Good communication and show us different tourist attractions around Tokyo!Very good and convenient website with different choosing language. A pleasant and exciting experience with a little bit high price
The staff were all very kind to my grandchildren, the ease of searching online, and the responsiveness of the operators when I called.
Please have them circle around my home neighborhood, The ad-lib response was excellent. Very easy to understand, friendly and helpful. Rental of photographic equipment.
I enjoyed the calls and the many explanations of the place ^ ^ I was able to ride with peace of mind because of the advance explanations ^ ^.

It was amazing and truly a unique way to experience the massive city of Tokyo. Ground staff and the pilot were great. It's unfortunate that it's not allowed to take photos with the helicopter on the ground, but I understand the reason.
On the one hand, the price is quite high compared to other cities in the world, but when you divide it over more people, it's quite okay. The pilot was very capable, professional and friendly. He also pointed out a few highlights. All staff was very friendly.
We were able to sightsee without anxiety. The staff was kind and helpful.
Everyone was very courteous and helpful! It was my first time to ride in a helicopter and I enjoyed the ride without any fear of shaking. I was worried that the G's would be too much, but I'm glad I didn't have to worry about that!
